To address extreme levels of data scraping & system manipulation, we’ve applied the following temporary limits:
Rate limits increasing soon to 8000 for verified, 800 for unverified & 400 for new unverified
Data scraping involves pulling information out of a website and into a spreadsheet. To a dedicated data scraper, the method is an efficient way to grab a great deal of information for analysis, processing, or presentation
The truth has finally come out.
Twitter’s cloud contract with Google ran out. Seems Twitter was unable to move its infrastructure off of Google fast enough. Todays outages are the end result.
Elon is LYING when he claims this was brought on by data-scraping.
